Deliberately You – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Deliberately You, including astrology readings, coaching, energy healing, and events. By booking or participating, you agree to these terms.

Bookings & Payments

All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Prices are in AUD and may change at any time. Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed sessions may result in the full fee being forfeited.

Refund Policy

All purchases are final. No refunds are provided for change of mind, missed sessions, illness, or late cancellations. Exceptions are at the sole discretion of Deliberately You.

Astrology readings are provided for personal insight, reflection, and guidance only. They are not predictive guarantees and should not be relied upon for making major life decisions.

Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching is a supportive and collaborative process. Results are not guaranteed. You are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

Health & Medical Disclaimer

Services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. You agree to disclose any relevant physical or mental health conditions, injuries, or pregnancy prior to sessions.

Liability Waiver & Risk

You acknowledge that participation in services (including energy work or in-person events) may involve personal risk. You voluntarily assume all risks and release Deliberately You from liability for any injury, loss, or damage.

Client Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully. Deliberately You reserves the right to refuse service if behaviour is inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive.

Personal Property

Deliberately You is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during sessions or events.

Age Restrictions

Clients under 16 must have parental or guardian consent and supervision where applicable.

Confidentiality

All client information shared during sessions is kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and resources remain the property of Deliberately You and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Deliberately You is not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the use of services.

Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of any changes.
